hey i’m ty

My culinary journey started as a child baking with my mom in her cake shop. Growing up in Brasil, my family connected through food and my happiest memories are of weekly sunday barbecues and my dad’s signature butternut squash soup. After moving to California in 2017, I fell in love with the bountiful California produce and the diverse people and cuisines that call it home. I attended Culinary school in San Diego in 2018 and I have worked in a variety of restaurants all over California.

I draw inspiration from my Italian-Brazilian heritage. I am also a life-long student and passionate about exploring flavors and techniques across all cuisines. I put my heart and soul in every dish, and can’t wait to share my skills with you and your loved ones.
